I draw Internal Family Systems and Emotion-Focused Therapy, blending trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and anti-oppressive approaches. My work supports LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and Neurodivergent individuals to heal, process sensory and emotional struggles, and build self-trust, fostering empowered and authentic lives.
