I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and life transitions, with an emphasis on compassionate, individualized care.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen emotional awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, improve self-care, and build resilience.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Delta State University and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps clients navigate life’s challenges, recognize their strengths, and achieve greater emotional well-being.
