I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to grow, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives. Life can be challenging, and perfection is neither realistic nor necessary. Many people struggle with overthinking, anxiety, emotional expression, substance use, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns they want to change.
