To get started with one of our therapists, please set up an account in our
Patient Portal
You will be able to enter your demographic information,
your insurance information, and complete the necessary forms to get
started. If you have questions regarding our intake process, please email
intake@sentiencepsychotherapy.com.
Existing Patients/Clients
If you are an existing patient/client and you need to contact your
therapist, please email them directly (see provider page) or contact
them at the number they provided. The main oice number is not the
fastest or most direct line of contact to your therapist/provider. However,
if contacted, we will do our best to contact your therapist on your behalf.
Records Requests
If you are a medical provider, governmental or social agency, or other
entity requesting medical records, please fax the request to 360-715-
1823. A Release of Information must be provided before verification of
services or medical records are provided.
IMPORTANT: By submitting an appointment or waitlist request, you thereby acknowledge and agree to our billing and cancellation policies. You thereby also attest that you have completed our brief online safety screening and will be in the State of Washington at the time of yourappointment (even if it’s a Telehealth appointment).
